Elan Garfias is an American actor and voice actor, who is known for voicing Cody Burns in Transformers: Rescue Bots. For Disney, he voiced Pinocchio in Kinect: Disneyland Adventures, Carlos in Doc McStuffins, Pepe in Handy Manny, Grayson in Special Agent Oso, and Silas/Commander Nemex in Miles from Tomorrowland. He also made appearances in I'm in the Band and National Treasure: Book of Secrets (as a presidential party guest).
