In the middle of a broadcast about Typhoon Yolanda's initial impact, reporter Jiggy Manicad was faced with the reality that he no longer had communication with his station. Includes reel excerpts from films by Chantal Ackerman, Ingmar Bergman, Rainer Werner Fassbinder, Cuban filmmaker Humberto Solas, Nagisa Ōshima, Monte Hellman, and Jean-Luc Godard, among many others.
