Irin is said to be hot-tempered and fearless — "The Devil". It's all an act, though; she puts up a mean front to build up her younger sister, Inn, by contrast. However, her young vet and neighbour Namcha couldn't care less. No matter how catty she behaves, his love persists. He's loved her ever since they were students and has no plans of changing his heart. In fact, they used to date until Irin broke things off without any explanation. Namcha has never forgotten his first love, but Irin doesn't believe his feelings are unchanged; Namcha makes it his mission to prove it to her. Love should come easy for the two, but family, work, and even friends all seem primed to tear them apart.

Chanika returns home from abroad because her father is in the hospital. Upon returning home, she learns that her father is in huge debt and they need money to cover the medical expenses. Her college roommate introduces her to a high paying job out in the suburbs. Chinapat is the owner a rubber tree plantation and hires Chanika as a favor to his cousin. They don't get along because Chinapat has anger management issues and there are rumors about him. In order to avoid being engaged to his mom's friend's daughter, Chinapat asks Chinika to marry him for a large sum of money. Will they ever learn to get along?

Koi is a young woman who has grown up in a rubber tree plantation her entire life, and now has dreams of improving it. Unfortunately, the powerful millionaire who is the plantation's creditor has plans to seize it for himself, but Koi refuses to allow that to happen. Trin is a young businessman who owns a rubber mattress factory and makes an offer to buy her family's plantation. Because Koi has no intention of letting anyone take her plantation, the two enter into a rivalry.

Chomjan is a prickle-fish vendor who sells her pickled fish using her family's secret recipe in order to support her sister, Methinee, study abroad. Her main helper is Gloy, an orphan who loves her like a sister. When Methinee returns, she brings along a boyfriend who is unaware of her true lifestyle. Ashamed of her life and poverty, Methinee asks Chomjan to lie about her occupation in order to not embarrass Methinee in front of her boyfriend and his family. A request which brings Chomjan a lot of sadness.

Follows the exploits of the children of the original Famous Five book series. Members of this new and younger quintet -- Max, Dylan, Jo, Allie and canine companion Timmy -- go on adventures and try to solve mysteries as their parents did. But the kids have an advantage that the former generation did not: the use of modern technology like laptops and mobile phones, which hadn't been invented when their parents investigated mysteries.

Tales of Tomorrow is an American anthology science fiction series that was performed and broadcast live on ABC from 1951 to 1953. The series covered such stories as Frankenstein, starring Lon Chaney, Jr., 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea starring Thomas Mitchell as Captain Nemo, and many others featuring such performers as Boris Karloff, Brian Keith, Lee J. Cobb, Rod Steiger, Bruce Cabot, Franchot Tone, Gene Lockhart, Walter Abel, Leslie Nielsen, and Paul Newman. The series had many similarities to the later Twilight Zone which also covered one of the same stories, "What You Need". In total it ran for eighty-five 30-minute episodes.

Adults over 30 with no sexual experience are forcibly enrolled into Otona Kōkō by the government. Eito Arakawa is a 30-year-old single man. E's is a Japanese shōnen manga series written and drawn by Satoru Yuiga. It was originally serialized in Monthly GFantasy from 1997 through 2005, and later published in 16 tankōbon volumes by Square Enix from March 18, 2003 to February 27, 2010. The series focuses on Kai Kudou, an "Esper", who is recruited by an organization called Ashurum to become a soldier to purportedly save other psychics from regular humans. After a mission in Gald goes wrong, Kai finds himself living with a man named Yuuki and his adopted sister Asuka. As he learns more about Ashurum, Kai finds himself wondering what their true goals are, and worrying about his ill sister, who is under Ashurum's care. The series was adapted into a twenty-six episode anime series entitled E's Otherwise by Studio Pierrot. It debuted in Japan on April 1, 2003 on TV Tokyo; the final episode aired on September 23, 2003. Two light novels and three drama CDs related to the series have also been released in Japan. Broccoli Books licensed the manga series for English-language publication in North America in 2006. ADV Films licensed the anime series for North American broadcast and distribution, with the English dubbed version of the series airing on Anime Network.
